How Our Pricing Works

At Maid in Wesley Chapel, we offer flat-rate cleaning packages so you’ll always know how much your cleaning will cost beforehand. These packages are a set price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home and do not require a visit to your home for a quote so long as your home is of average size and in normal condition. They include a standardized cleaning checklist to let you know what tasks you can expect.

Please note that if you have a much larger than average home or if your home is in extreme condition, the package price may not apply and you may be provided with a requote upon arrival.

Our Cleaning Packages

Understanding what’s included in each of our cleaning packages is the key to selecting the right service for your home. Each includes a standardized cleaning checklist and equipment and materials.

Standard Cleaning

Our standard cleaning package includes all of the tasks needed to keep your home sparkling clean on a regular basis. This service is intended for people who have had their home professionally cleaned in the last 90 days and who just need help maintaining it.

Deep Cleaning

Our deep cleaning packages provides a more in-depth cleaning which allows extra time for thorough scrubbing and additional tasks not included as part of a standard cleaning. It will bring your home up to a professional level of cleanliness which can then be maintained more easily. This service is recommended for first-time customers or for those who have not had their home professionally cleaned for 90 days or more.

Move Out Cleaning

Our move out cleaning package is perfect for people who don’t have the time or desire to clean their previous home while moving on to their next location. It addresses every part of the home and includes tasks not in a standard or deep cleaning so the home will return to “like-new” condition. This service is intended for homes which will be completely free of furniture or boxes.

Special Requests

If your home requires tasks which are not included in the cleaning checklist, please let us know by adding it in the “extras” on the booking page or writing in the comments section. We do our best to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

Please note that special requests require extra time and effort and therefore may incur additional costs.

Services We Don’t Provide

While we try our hardest to accommodate special requests, there are a few services which we are unable to offer for health and safety reasons. These include:
  • Carpet cleaning
  • No ladders
  • No moving heavy furniture or appliances
  • Exterior windows
  • Pet waste
  • Biohazards, dangerous chemicals, etc.
  • Glass chandeliers
  • No high bulbs or ceiling fans
  • Pool cleaning
  • Extreme cleanings (e.g., hoarder homes, neglected homes)
  • Post-construction cleaning

Booking Our Services

There are several ways you can book a cleaning with Maid in Wesley Chapel. The easiest way is to head to our online booking form where you’ll tell us about your home, select your services and any optional extras, choose your date and time, and enter your payment details. Your card will not be charged until after your cleaning is complete.
